WORKSHOPS
Karlo de Leon started his professional career initially in training and development before fully embracing his love for the arts by fully shifting to photography. Spending 5 years of technical and performance leadership training, Karlo de Leon has also developed his passion for teaching by developing and conducting skills and behaviour based workshops and courses with different international corporate organizations. He has also gained experience with personal and organizational transformational work, including personal and professional life coaching.
His passion for the arts and teaching coupled with an extensive background and involvement in the development, implementation, and facilitation of these leadership and skills improvement workshops has led him to conduct workshops in art and photography, and later on conceptualizing and creating the principles of ArtCoaching.
